It's the start of week 3 of Mommy Gets Fit and I feel brilliant !! I have seen dramatic change in the way my clothes fit me and I now feel so much more confident in tight clothes! I have lost around 6lbs so far and I'm going to keep going till I hit my target weight. I also tried Pilates last Thursday to help tone up my belly and wow, I could totally feel it the next day. !!!
I'm carrying on with two shakes a day, two snacks a day and a healthy main meal for tea and it's working really well for me especially as I feel like I don't have time to eat these days !! Lol
